Coming to the shop

What the shop will carry.

Questions.

Who sells and supports the robot?

Our partners: the robot maker, a dealer or a service company near you. They are the seller of record, deliver the robot and look after it. We match you with them and bring the software.

Can I rent a robot instead of buying one?

Yes, where a partner offers it. Tell us what you need and for how long, and we'll come back with the partners who can supply it and their terms.

What is a pilot?

A robot working for you for one to three months, set up with a service partner and Devdoot™ software, with an agreed way to measure whether it helped. It is the low-risk step before buying.

What does Devdoot™ add to a robot?

A layer that makes the robot answer honestly: Done, Can't do that safely, or I don't know, with every action recorded. Today it runs in simulation; we publish how it scores on our Trust page.

Do you sell robots in my country?

Availability depends on the country and on each product's import rules, including the FCC rules for some robots in the United States. We only list a product after checking it.

Do you sell robot parts?

We connect builders with the companies that make them: magnets, motors, gears, sensors, chips and batteries. See Parts and suppliers, where you can also check how much of a robot's component cost is made in the US.

I have robots sitting idle. Can I list them?

Yes. Dealers, labs and companies can offer demo or spare robots for rent through the shop. Apply as a partner and tell us what you have.
